Refund and Return Policy

This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for eligible Taeef purchases.

1. Return window

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or not as described.

2. Return condition

Products should be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice where applicable. Physical damage caused after delivery may not qualify.

3. Refund method

Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method, mobile banking, bank transfer, store credit, or another agreed method.

4. Non-returnable items

Some sealed, hygiene-sensitive, downloadable, customized, or clearance products may not be returnable unless defective or legally required.
